still haven't recieved my registration code, if its always going to take this long their should be a warning before i buy it imo. when i bought pokertracker 3 it was instant.
Don't worry, you will get your code very soon.
I don't think Roy has been around all day. He puts in 12-18 hour days 7 days a week with Holdem Manager so he deserves some family time every now and then. Again, this is very rare and you will have your code very soon.

If I recall right there is a warning somewhere that states you will receive your reg code within 12-24 hours.
The key isn't sent automatically like with PT3. Roy do it manually after receiving your email. Roy works every days 7/7, thus it can't take more than 24hours. If he is online when you email him, that just take minutes.
