    Default Microgaming-Prima issue

    Hello,

    I've done everything as stated on the Prima FAQ's but I can't find any player on my database. I play at Eurolinx, by the way.

    The thing is that when I'm playing, HM tells me that the hands are being imported, but once I try to filter by players to find myself...nothing, I can't do it, and also on the Reports window.

    Please use the table finder a couple of times and see does the hud appear: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=54

    No progress.

    I've played some hands at diferent tables, stakes, €, $, etc, but still the same: Auto import seems to work (1 hand imported, and so on), but then I can't see neither the hands nor the players anywhere on HM. Can't figure out what I've done wrong since I have Pacific, Ongame and Betfair hands on that database without any problem.

    The table manager doesn't recognise the tables, by the way. Also, I have the poker client in Spanish, don't know if that helps you. I have the lobby client configured to maintain hand histories from last 30 days...

    Any ideas?

    I play at Eurolinx too and HM works very good, i never had a problem like that. My client is in English, maybe thats it.

    It was the table finder. Run Holdem Manager, go to Table Manager, click Table, then Table Finder, click the red thing and place it on the Prima table you are playing and that should fix the problem.

    Don't know if I explained myself OK, sorry for my English.

    Well, as i can see my problem is not the same.

    I do import the hands ok, they also appear ok in HUD.

    However in the reports tab in HEM some hands are missing.

    If i use the "change player" button and search for a player, in front of his name the total number of hands appear. However if i select him the number of hands retrieved if somehow inferior. No filters are selected-

    I can post some screenshots or send you an email with the pics if this description is too confuse.

    Already created a new db and restored the old db. The problem is happening with the new hands I'm importing.
