Exclamation Party Poker: Huge Difference between Actual Winnings & HEM Winnings

    Hi there,

I deposited onto PP a few days ago and since then have won enough to just about double my deposit. I've been using HEM to track all my hands, however HEM indicates my winnings are a lot higher than what the cashier in Party Poker states. I initially noticed it after a few hundred hands where the difference was small, however since then the discrepancy seems to be increasing exponentially as I play more and more hands!

I've been searching the forum and noticed people have had this same issue on Everest Poker in the past.

How do I go about resolving this? Is HEM incorrectly reading the HH's or is Party Poker deducting money from my account without telling me?

    Help is appreciated,

    dbau

    Hi,

    Can you upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...te1.07beta.exe

Can you create a new DB, reimport your hands and tell me if it changes something: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146

    Hi Al,

I updated HEM to the latest beta, created a new DB and reimported hands however the problem is still persistent. In addition, I also tried importing hands from my gf's account (which was made just a few days), and HEM seems to be inflating her winnings too.

I'm guessing HEM must be incorrectly reading PP's HHs? It's quite a problem as the gap between my real winnings and what HEM states keeps increasing as I play more hands.

Anything else I can try? Thanks in advance,

    dbau

Cant remember the solution but i think it was a corrupt database causing the problem so try creating a new database as there is no issues with Party http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=146

    Hi. Thanks for the response.

I created the new database but now cannot see all my previous activity prior to creating the new database. I'm sure I'm doing something stupid but any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Yes you created the new database to test and see if the hands import, if they do import in this new database then it confirms the old databasse was corrupt so in that case export the hands from the old database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=173 and then load the new database again and reimport the hands into the new one and continue to use that
