.avi tutorial videos from FAQ not working

hi

i downloaded the follwing tutorial videos about setting up the HUD

Layout Configuration AVI format: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...youtConfig.avi

Player Preferences AVI format: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...layerPrefs.avi

now, i have the k-lite codec pack installed and never had any problems with avi files
what am i missing here?

thanks, i eventually donwloaded the flash files and played them using firefox, worked fined.
