Default No pop up when clicking on HUD display

I am facing this problem I don't have the main pop up popping up when i click a HUD display. Sometimes it pops up and the next sec. it doesn't work anymore and then a few hours later it sometimes is back to working fine again (not always). I didn t change any setting in the meanwhile. Any explanation/solution??? Using v 1.07

    Can you upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...te1.07beta.exe

Is the "HUD Options => Table Preferences => Click for Popup" unchecked?

It is back again and it is back after updating my HUD via the player preferences window in HM. Only made a little adjustment in my HUD.

I again updated with the latest http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe
but it is still not working!

Guess it is a bug in HM or what??

    Can you reinstall HM:

    1) Make a backup of the "Config" folder in a safe location, this folder is in the RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ folder
    2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
    3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
    4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
    5) Reboot your computer
    6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...demmanager.zip
    7) Upgrade HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Hm1.08Beta.exe
    8) Test if it works for a while and if it does proceed to step 9
    9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
    10) Test if it works again for another while and if it does proceed to step 11
    11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
    12) Test if it works

    I did all of above.

Step 9: Is it correct I replaced the new Config folder (C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config) with my backuped Config folder from step 1? At least this is what I did.

Step 10: HUD was working normally.

After step 11 I was facing same problem! So no pop up when clicking the HUD

    How to solve?

Ok, thus now we know that you HUDs files are corrupted. Redo the uninstall/install like I have said but stop after the point 9).
Since here, you will have to recreate your HUDs manually. I have a nice layout if it can help: http://208.109.95.123/forum/showthread.php?t=4166

To avoid that in the future, be sure you regularly backup the "Config" folder of HoldemManager.

Can you attach your exported HUD files please.

Well, I have done the same (uninstall/install, recreating HUDs again) about 2 months ago and now it is back to corrupt again. How come? Can I do something to prevent it or am I doing things wrong in my set up or what? When I create my HUDs I do it by edting the default HUD. Is it better to create a newly named HUD and link it to my pokersites?

You want me to send my exported HUD files for your records/investigation?

Can you let me know if it is better to set up my HUD from scratch instead of editting the default HUD.

No editing it from scratch is fine, im not sure what caused it to corrupt but if you backup the "Config" folder of HoldemManager when youve your hud setup them you can just copy and paste it if this ever happens again.
