HEM2 not showing new hands when refreshed

HEM2 does not show hands anymore, when I refresh. Hands will appear only if I restart the program.


I have tryed to reinstall HEM.

Deleted databases.

Deleted everything under C:\Users\userX\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.

Issue remains the same.


Please advise me how can I fix this problem.

The most likely cause is that whichever site(s) you play have possibly updated their hand history format and HM2 is unable to import them anymore. HM3 should be able to import those hands.

Unfortunately, HM2 support and updates ended on Dec 31, 2020, so it will likely not work at many of the sites it used to support. *You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. *You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...m2-end-of-life
