    Hello! I have a problem with the configuration on iPoker. In the general settings on iPoker I don't see the Auto Center My Seat option. Is there another way to set up the HUD?

    Which specific IPoker client do you play at?

    a) If there is no option to 'auto-center' in the IPoker client and it doesn't sit you at the bottom of every table (i.e. Auto-Center) then try HM3's - Tools - Site Settings... - IPoker - My Seat = [x] 'None'.

    b) If it still sits you at the bottom of every table even without the auto-center option, you need to use the HM3 'Specific Seat' setting and manually select the bottom seat for each table size you play*in the HM3 - Tools - Site Settings... - iPoker - 'My Seat' settings..

    Once that is set:

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
    - Launch your poker client(s).

    1) Open one Table and play at least one hand for HM3 to import and update the HUD to show your Hero data*.
    2) Manually adjust the positions for each player if necessary and save/lock the layout as instructed in this FAQ - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...e-up-correctly
    3) Now you can open further tables, but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

    If none of that helps:

    Please reproduce the issue and screenshot the tables/HM3, and your HM3/IPoker preferred seating settings, then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...shooting-guide

    i play on netbet.ro
    i think the problem is whith the auto import folders. i put those 2 folders manualy but it s not workingScreenshot 2025-01-02 183119.png

    Neither of those folders are correct. If you have multiple auto import paths configured in HM3 for the same site it can cause our HUD to fail.

    Please select and 'Remove' both of those folders in your image then set up HM3 according to our iPoker FAQ here - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...article/ipoker

    If you continue to have problems:

    Close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray then open your C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0 folder with Windows File Explorer.
    - If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...0-1166d1d9f4b5
    - If you can't see the file name extensions, turn off the Windows option that is hiding that extension - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

    - Please right-click and 'Cut' C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\HoldemManager.config and paste it to a new folder on your desktop.
    - Please right-click and 'Cut' C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Config\MVS.cfg and paste it to the same new folder on your desktop.

    When you restart HM3 this will reset all of your config settings to default to see if it is related. This means that you to make sure that HM3 auto-detected the Auto Import Folders, preferred seating, etc, and customize any other General Settings, Archive Folder, etc options you may have customized before you reset those two files - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...ker-site-setup
