    Default Issue with Cashing Out Equity After All-In on iPoker

    Hello,
    I've noticed a recurring issue when my opponent chooses to cash out their equity after going all-in. The hand is always recorded as a loss for me, regardless of the actual outcome. I've attached an example for reference.
    Is this a known issue on iPoker? If so, is there a fix available?

    I've noticed a recurring issue when my opponent chooses to cash out their equity after going all-in. The hand is always recorded as a loss for me, regardless of the actual outcome. I've attached an example for reference.
    Is this a known issue on iPoker? If so, is there a fix available?

    This is a known issue that we are investigating. We have a couple of small samples from customers with our testers to investigate after the holidays.

    Hi, I've also noticed this issue. I don't use Cashout feature myself but was perplexed why after a good session the results didn't seem to tally. I noticed that HM is recording hands where opponent cashed out as a loss for me. When this is fixed will it automatically correct hands played in the past? There's also a bug where often when opening a new table the HUD does not reload until you click stop hud and then restart it.

    I have the same problem and some of my friends too. When a player use the cashout option, the report only refers the money the player take and we loss everytime.

    This is being worked on and will hopefully be resolved in the next beta version 3.1.37.2 if all goes well for the internal testing. It will require a reimport by the customer, once the fix is eventually released.

    also when a player who chooses cashout actually win, that hand disappears completely from database

    Hopefully our next update will solve this issue as well. If you continue to have problems reimporting those hands after updating to version 3.1.37.2 please send them to us for testing as instructed here.
