    Default Nuovo Sisal Poker (circuito Pokerstars )

    Ciao,
    Sisal ha creato un programma di poker unendosi a pokerstars e dopo aver aggiornato Hm3 e settato i programmi seguendo le stesse indicazioni di Pokerstars non funziona HUD e non mi legge la cronologia.
    Confermo invece aprendo il programma di Pokerstars con un altro account funziona tutto. Anche il vecchio Sisal basato su Ipoker funziona bene.
    Ricapitolando
    1 account su Pokerstars funziona
    2 account su Sisal Ipoker funziona
    3 account su Sisal Pokerstars non funziona

    Sapete aiutarmi?

    We will have to add support for this new Pokerstars skin before it will work with HM3.

    First, ensure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...stars#language

    Please zip* and email a sample of the original problem hand history and tournament summary files written in English to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...-reports-fixed

    Ensure you also include screenshots of the poker tables the hand history files were generated from.

    - All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons.
    - By default, your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive, but you may have configured it anywhere in the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import menu - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...ettings#import
    - The archive should be organized by \Network\Year\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2022\07\23) by default.

    * When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 250MB please upload them to a file hosting site and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

    This has been written up with customer HH samples for our developers to add support to HM3 for this new site/skin ASAP.

    HM2 will not get support for this new skin as we stopped supporting/updating HM2 years ago.

    No. The developers are working to add it to one of the upcoming beta releases but I do not have an estimate yet for when it will be ready.

    If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link - https://support.holdemmanager.com/ - and include "Notify Me When HMT-7413 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
