Blank screen when running HM3

    Default Blank screen when running HM3

    Hello,
    As the suggestion, I have brought the license for HM3 today.
    I have done the installation, but at the end of installation the software doesn't start. geometry dash lite
    I try to explain better, after the end of installation, I run the HM3 icon to use it, it open the box in the centre with the loading of the software, but after this it says to me that the database is not recognized as a HM3 database, so it reopen the installation box, and it make me to choose to quick or advanced installation, I tried with all the two possibilities but unfortunately with no one the software start, because after I finish the installation of the database, nothing happen, but if I go in the process of windows, HM3 is running, but nothing appear on my screen.
    Any advice?

    Can you see the square HM3 icon in your 'TaskBar'? If you see it, and hover over it, can you see the 'Preview Popup' of the HM3 window? If yes, it means that it is running but is being displayed outside the boundaries of your monitor/display for some reason.

    * Note: You may have to use the Ctrl key with the Arrow keys or Mouse to get it to start moving.

    - Hover your mouse over the HM3 icon in the taskbar until you see the HM3 preview image.
    - Move your mouse over the preview then right-click the preview and choose the 'Move' option.
    - Hold the 'Ctrl' key, press the 'Up' arrow once while you continue to hold the 'Ctrl' key.
    - With the 'Ctrl' key still depressed move your mouse and the HM3 window should become visible as it moves back into the bounds of your display.

    Regrettably, numerous free internet security suites, including Norton, McAfee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, among others, might not be compatible with Holdem Manager. To ensure your computer is configured for optimal compatibility with Holdem Manager, please adhere to the following steps:

    a) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    b) Reboot your computer
    c) Please reinstall/repair HM3 (no need to uninstall it) to be sure your antivirus didn't prevent some of the HM3 files from being installed previously.**

    Please reproduce and screenshot the errors then click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top) or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.* Also include a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

    You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 250 MB (including logs).

    If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.
