Hand export to PokerStrategy.com Forums: No bet amounts, looks like everybody folds

I have tried with several hands and always same. Looks like everybody folds preflop and flop but it was 3-way all-in on flop. Results are correct. Hand Replayer shows everything correctly.

This example is a GGpoker hand but situation is same with PokerStars. 9. September 2024 posted hands to PokerStrategy were OK so bug has come with some HM3 update after that.

Please zip and email the original* problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

* All original hands that are auto imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons.
-*By default, your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive, but you may have configured it anywhere in the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import menu -*https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...ettings#import
-*The archive should be organized by \Network\Year\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2022\07\23) by default.

I tried to make ticket but it's not possible to contact support, always this message when try to login for sending ticket:

I already changed my password but it didn't help.

But problem is very easy to see. You can see it when you open any hand in replayer and try to export it in Pokerstrategy.com format: Instead of bet amounts there are only folds as in picture below

We have detected a problem with our HM3 license server and are actively addressing it to ensure a swift resolution. Additionally, I have replicated the HHV/Replayer Converter problem and have reported it, as it might be connected to the server issue.
