HM3 not registering Stars hands and no HUD

My import settings are all correct as far as I can tell but HM is not showing any hands.
My HH are being saved into the default location and Live mode seems to be registering that hands are being imported but has no hand information.
No sign of any hands in reports. Please advise.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the software issues and the delayed response. Regrettably, I was hospitalized for part of August and subsequently off work for the rest of August and most of September due to personal health issues.

If you have already played some hands for that site and the HUD was working, you just need to switch the active player and/or create an alias if you play multiple sites, as instructed in this guide.

If you continue to have problems:

- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

Which specific site/games are you having HUD problems at? Can you see the recent/current hands for the player in the Reports or Live Play view when playing?
