Works on HEM3 but not HEM2?

I requested my HH from CoinPoker and imported into HEM3 (Trial) without issue. I tried the same import on HEM2 (Fully licensed HEM2 + Omaha2 + Table Scanner + NC) and it fails 100% importing. How can I fix this?

Regrettably, support for HM2 concluded on December 31, 2020, which means it may not operate correctly on certain sites if they have undergone significant updates in the last three-plus years. For ongoing technical support, an upgrade to HM3 is necessary.
