Holdem Manager work for CoinPoker?

(1) Do I have to purchase BOTH Holdem Manager and an Omaha addon, if all I want is Omaha?

(2) There's the "low stakes" or the "all stakes." What is considered under each?

(3) CoinPoker can't have a live HUD since hand histories aren't live and have to be requested, i assume?

If you only play Omaha, you do not need to purchase a license for you to see your Holdem hands in the database.
