Default Edited / Deleted MTT not reflected in tournament result graph

    Hi there,

    I found the following issue:

Lets say my tournament graph shows an overall result of -80$. Now I go to the tournaments and edit a tournament that had 108$ Buy-In (but I got the ticket for free as a promo).

Expectation: After changing the Buy-In (and rake and bounty) to 0$ the end of the graph will not be at -80$ but at +28$, as a 108$ "loss" is not there any more. It doesn't.

Next try: I completely delete the tournament.

    Expectation: Same as before.

Result: Nothing happens to the graph. It shows 546 instead of 547 tourneys, but the result does not reflect the edited or removed tournament.

I tried this several time, with freshly created databases.

With such simple things not working I wonder how reliable all the output HM3 produces is...?

I believed you had inquired about this in another thread as well. If that's not the case, I apologize. However, we also need a sample of the original hand history and tournament summary files for this issue. It is mandatory to provide the original hand history files when reporting any bugs related to importing, reports, report editing, statistics, tournament outcomes, etc.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

If the issue you're experiencing differs from the one in another thread, kindly submit samples for each through individual support tickets. This will simplify the review process for both you and our QA/Testing Manager.

I will send that data later.

However being an IT specialist myself I find that process a bit confusing. Wouldn't the first step be to verify that report with your own, verified sample data, to see if you can reproduce the problem in an "as intended" environment? If yes - general problem, no meed for my data. If not the root cause must be in the user data that shpuöd then be requested for further investigation...?

I've reviewed our developer tickets and identified several issues concerning discrepancies between the reports and the graphs; however, none appear to be connected to editing tournaments. Additionally, the hand samples provided are several years old. Our QA Manager will require recent hand histories accompanied by a detailed, step-by-step account of the issue, including screenshots, as previously requested.

Which hand samples are several years old? Neither I provided any for this issue, nor did I even play poker years ago! As far as I know GG did not even offer hand summaries several years ago? Could you please get your shit straight?

I also requested a refund because the software is practically of no use for me with all the open issues. Of course I don't see my money back! But what I find even more disturbing is that you reject to investigate a problem that could affect all of your users (and appearently you have more hints directing to an issue in this area) but just don't care until I send you my freaking summaries. I will not! Not before you verified if this is a general problem (no hands from me needed in that case) or individual (that means you can't reproduce the problem with your data, in THAT case you need my summaries).

I also had lenghty email discussions about this already. I am not changing my standpoint here. I have other things to do than to export and send around files for EVERY issue even where it is not possible.

I feel scammed not only by your software but also by tests I read which appearently just listed features and did not test anything.

If this goes on like that, the only work I am willing to invest is to write a REAL test article about this tool as soon as I found a blogger / youtuber / whoever with a notable range to publish it, to prevent others from spending money for a half baked software with a reluctant support.

I apologize for the delay in responding. I was away for a couple of weeks due to health issues.

If you're awaiting a response to a support ticket where you've submitted your hands and summaries, please share your 6-digit support ticket number in the forums, and I will prioritize your request. Additionally, you can monitor the status of your tickets on your "My Tickets" page here - Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/

If you're experiencing issues with tournament results detection and haven't sent the requested hands/summaries, I'm unable to assist further until those files are provided. Our QA/Testing team needs to import and review them, and then document the findings for our developers. This procedure ensures we confirm bugs effectively without wasting our developers' time.
