Not seeing table

Hey All,

Just purchased HM3, seeing that the ignition hand grabber existed. I've restarted everything, booted up HM3 first made sure the app was enabled then started up Ignition. The HM3 icon pops up when I'm in a "practice" room but no hud is actually shown. When I look at the status of the app it never picks up on the room. Before I make my deposit at Ignition can you confirm if it's just not working because I'm in a practice room or is it just not working with Ignition?

Have you tested on real money tables yet? I do not recall if our Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app supports play money tables or not. Did the hands actually import when playing?

First read the following setup guides to make sure that your auto-import folders, preferred seating, etc are configured properly:

HM3 and the HM3 Server/HUD, and the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app processes must always be started before you open the Ignition poker client software. If the Ignition poker client is closed for any reason you must shut down HM3 and restart it fully again.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Start HM3 and wait for the HM3 server to start. You will know it has started when the 'Start HUD' button switches to say 'Stop HUD'. If that doesn't happen then you can start it via the HM3 - File - 'Start Auto Import' option.
- Once the HM3 HUD/Server is fully running you can then start the Ignition client.

Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c.

Note: Bovada/Ignition, and our HM3 Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG), write your hero screen name in the files as 'Hero' but your opponents are all given a new 'Anonymous' name every time you face them at a new table. If you continue to have problems:

Hey Fozzy,

No, I haven't tried real money, I was wanting to make sure it actually worked before making my first deposit. I read through both of those tutorials before installing and have ensured everything is correct. I mentioned this above, but the problem is the hand grabber doesn't see the table so it's not even attempting to pull anything in. Will the support bundle still help for that? If your 100% sure it works with Ignition I'll go ahead and make my first deposit (going for the full bonus so that's why I'm wanting to be sure) and then go from there.

HM3 and our IHG definitely work with Ignition. I tested the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) there on a few Cash sessions (and 1 SNG) this month and did not have any HUD issues.

Just so if anyone else runs into this, I can confirm it works with real money accounts. It will not work in practice accounts.
