Default Holdem Manager 3 and America's Card Room Setup

I play a lot on ACR, and just installed HM3 today. (I used HM2 a lot back in the day)

Problem #1: ACR is automatically deleting all hand histories, even though all of the app settings are properly enabled to save the hands to my hard drive (all check boxes are enabled, and it is set to store hand history for 30 days). I talked to ACR "livechat" earlier, and they confirmed it was an issue that they've encountered. It just seems ACR or my computer is automatically wiping the hand histories away for some reason (is this windows 10, or State blockage reasons?)...

Problem #2: Holdem Manager 3 will not connect with ACR. I've done all the necessary steps to ensure that HM3 pulls the hand history data from the correct ACR folders, but it will not comply. When I go to the customer support page for HM3, it goes white and reads "this page cannot be loaded"....

I'm just lost and confused here. What can I do to get ACR and HM3 to properly save, and utilize hand histories?

    1. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons.
-By default, your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive, but you may have configured it anywhere in the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import menu -*https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...ettings#import
-*The archive should be organized by \Network\Year\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2022\07\23) by default.

    2. Please see our HUD Troubleshooting Guide and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

When I go to the customer support page for HM3, it goes white and reads "this page cannot be loaded"..
Unfortunately, I do not understand what you are trying to describe here. Does HM3 give an error, or does our site's web pages give an error?

    - Please try to update your graphics driver.
    - If you have multiple graphics cards you can also try switching to your alternate graphics card using these steps.
    - If none of that helps, try to disable Hardware acceleration in the registry editor as instructed in this thread.
