    Default HM3 doesnt connect to Winamax.

    Hello HM Team, HM3 isnt connecting to Winamax, do you know how to fix this? I attach you the actual settings, thank you.

    Close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray then open your C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0 folder with Windows File Explorer. - If you can't see it, turn off the Windows option that is hiding that directory. If you can't see the file name extensions, turn off the Windows option that is hiding that extension.

    - Please right-click and 'Cut' C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\HoldemManager.config and paste it to a new folder on your desktop.
    - Please right-click and 'Cut' C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Config\MVS.cfg and paste it to the same new folder on your desktop.

    When you restart HM3 this will reset all of your config settings to default to see if it is related. This means that you have to make sure that HM3 auto-detected the Auto Import Folders, preferred seating, etc, and customize any other General Settings, Archive Folder, etc options you may have customized before you reset those two files -

    If none of that helps please reproduce the issue and screenshot the tables/HM3 then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ.

    Hello, i don't open a new thread, in trial version, does hud work on Winamax (and specifically with the Playground)? I have 2 green checkmarks in the auto import and a seat at the table, WM itself also detected HM3(3.1.35.0). But for some reason hud does not work, there is not even Waiting for Hands .. as it was in HM2.
    Room is in English, shortcuts are from admin, hud shows in replayer.

    Please follow the instructions I gave in the previous reply:

    Ok, i cut and pasted both files to Desktop, run HM3, Auto import folder match with room, but not exactly:

    when i try o change a folder on WM(adding \accounts\NitroGrind\history - nothing changes.
    Oh wow, hud works now anyways, thx!

    I think something changed in their client recently where you can't edit their hand history path like you used to be able to, to make it match the path shown in your HM3 image, but as you discovered that combination of paths shown in your images should get the HUD working again. If you set HM3 to auto-import from that exact path shown in the Winamax client (a couple of folders above the \history folder) HM3 will also be trying to auto-import some files that are NOT hand history files, which can overload our parser and cause the HUD to lag or fail.

    So did i understand correctly, that i need to make a path in HM3 as it is on WM(i.e. without \accounts\NitroGrind\history) or just let it go? I'm asking this because you have mentioned lag or fail of HUD. Yesterday i played on 9 tables and many times i noticed, that HUD didn't showed up on particular player even after 5+ hands or did it even wrong(HUD from another table shows on highlighted table, where are other players). I thought this is only H2N issue, because when i used HM2- it always worked perfectly.
    Edit.. ok i changed a path and HUD just doesn't work. As soon as i reverted path - it works again. Why are there are glitches with HUD on many tables then?

    I can't attempt to answer that without at least seeing your logs and configs first.

    Please see our HUD Troubleshooting Guide and reproduce the issue then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.
