    Default Tournament History is not importing live or manually

    When I play a tournament on Pokerstars or 888Poker and I have HM3 with auto import on, when I finish the tournaments the tournament summary is not updating (all the hands history are updating correctly ). This also is happening if I play with HM3 turned off and I started later/after I finished my poker session.

    I observed this behavior in the last 2 days, I thought it was a problem from my pc but after I re-installed HM3 and also I tried to downgrade it to version. 3.1.34.9905 I noticed that this behavior is still reproducible.

    I attached a photo with all my tournaments played today until now.

    Unfortunately, we have a known issue currently where HM3 is unable to properly detect the tournament results when playing live even if you are auto-importing both the hands and the summary files. Note that it mentions the 'WPN' network, but it affects other sites as well.

    We have thoroughly documented this issue and provided it to the developers for resolution. The changes to fix this problem will be available in the next gold beta release. Although we don't have an exact date for the release, you will receive a notification to update as long as you have enabled the 'Check for Updates' and 'Prompt for beta updates' options under Tools - Settings - General. You can check for new updates by clicking on HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. Additionally, you can find updates on our HM3 Releases forum at https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=278.

    In the meantime, we suggest you try manually 'force reimporting' the hands and summary files after each session to trigger the manual tournament detection. To do this:
    - Enable 'Allow reimport of hand histories' under HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import.
    - Reimport recent files from C:\HM3Archive using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options.

    If you continue to face issues after the forced reimport:
    - Create a new database specifically for manual imports.
    - Import your archive folder into this new database.
    - If it works, switch back to your original database for live play with the HUD, and then switch to the new database after each session for manual import/detection.
