The playback has a problem

The replayer in my poker software has worked fine for years, but has suddenly stopped opening when I double-click a hand or right-click and select "Replay" or "Replay All". To be clear, the replayer isn't opening at all - it's not opening on another screen or off-screen, it's simply not opening.

I've made sure my Windows 10 operating system is fully up-to-date, and I've reinstalled the poker software (HM2), but the issue persists. This means I can no longer review my past hands, which is a major problem.

Does anyone have a suggestion or fix for this issue with the replayer not opening?

Unfortunately, HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. The only thing I can see in my notes that might possibly help is:

Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:
- C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
