3.1.35.0 (Stable Release - July 4th, 2024) is now available!

The latest stable build can be downloaded using auto-update in HM3 or through the website.

Filters

• Filter Bar now correctly marks unsupported operators.
• Filter Bar automatically corrects lower-case text to match the properties.
• Improved autocomplete for the Filter Bar when using parentheses.
• Resolved an issue with FacingPreflopLimpRaise not working.

General

• Added All-in or Fold cash game type.
• Automatically disable invalid auto import folders on startup.
• Correctly display busy cursor while the Database Backup & Upgrade option is active.
• Database upgrade to support additional data for tournament bounties and re-buys (upgrade only takes a few seconds).

Hello Support,

Since I installed this release HM3 is not starting anymore.

I'm getting this message:

In dutch which is saying basically that I dont have acces to the path. I tried to start it as administrator and that also didn't work.

Do you have any suggested solutions?

- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Uninstall HM3 with this file - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...led-or-removed
- Download and install the latest stable version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...channel=stable
- If you continue to have problems try the steps above again but try installing HM3 to a new custom path/folder that you create such as 'C:\HM3'.

Note: This uninstall process will not affect your database, HUDS, or other custom user settings.

If none of that helps:

Please reproduce and screenshot the error then collect, zip, and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, along with the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket.
