Does this convert hands at all so you can see hole cards or just catch them for importing?
If not do you have a converting software for ignition?
Appreciate it.

The Ignition poker client does not write local hand history files when playing, so the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'grabs' the hands from the Ignition poker client 'Memory' and writes them to text file for HM3 to auto-import and displays the HUD. Those hands do NOT contain all hole cards, only hero hole cards.
First, read the following setup guides:
- https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...3/250/Ignition
HM3 and the HM3 Server/HUD, and the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app processes must always be started before you open the Ignition poker client software. If the Ignition poker client is closed for any reason you must shut down HM3 and restart it fully again.
- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Start HM3 and wait for the HM3 server to start. You will know it has started when the 'Start HUD' button switches to say 'Stop HUD'. If that doesn't happen then you can start it via the HM3 - File - 'Start Auto Import' option.
- Once the HM3 HUD/Server is fully running you can then start the Ignition client.
Take a seat at one table, allow the HUD to appear before you open a second table and wait for the HUD to appear there before opening a third e.t.c.
Note: Bovada/Ignition, and our HM3 Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG), write your hero screen name in the files as 'Hero' but your opponents are all given a new 'Anonymous' name every time you face them at a new table. If you want to see your anonymous opponent names in the Player Select menu and Reports for review you need to toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Reports and Views - [x] 'Show anonymous players in reports' option - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...orts-and-Views
You do not need any converting software. Ignition allows you to download the hands from the Ignition poker client 24 hours later, with all hole cards, to import to HM3 and update the database with all the known hole cards.
You have to make sure you toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import - [x] 'Allow reimport of hand histories' and then download the hands from the Ignition poker client and manually import the files using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options as explained in this section of our Ignition Setup Guide - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...#manual-import

Hello,
I just purchased HEM 3 as I have used HEM 2 forever but can't get support. Doesn't HEM 3 sell a hand converter for ignition? If all the hands are downloaded with hole cards why buy one? I had a 3rd party catcher and converter. My hand catcher allowed me to have a hud and imported hands as I played without opponents hole cards. Then I would download, convert and import hands with HEM 2. I used hero, Ipoker for grabbing and switch hero to pokerstars to see imported with hole cards. Using HEM 2 that used to work. Is your version different?

The Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) is used so that you can auto-import live hands while playing to have a HUD on the table and see your results immediately after the session. Then, 24+ hours later you can download the hands, toggle on the HM3 'Allow reimport...' setting, and manually import the downloaded hands so that you can see all player's hole cards in the replayer. If you do not need the HUD when playing live, or don't care about tracking the results won/loss for 24+ hours, you can skip using the IHG and just download/import the hands 24+ hours later. See this FAQ for more details.
