Default Crazy numbers in All-in Adj and Net Won

    Hi,

I play micro stake (25-50ct) MTT and single table Sit&Gos at Pokerstars and test Holdem Manager right now. In the All-in Adj and Net Won coloums, I see crazy numbers. Like ...thousands of dollars plus or minus - whats wrong there?

    Thank you for any help!

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=beta
    - Restart HM3

Please try all the steps in this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Hi, unfortunately the problem persists. How do I zip the histories and summaries? I did not download them or something, everything in there was logged live during play.

Update: I think the only confusing thing is that it says "$" but its just ...chips in a tournament. The numbers seem to be right if it was a cash game.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. By default, your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive, but you may have configured it anywhere in the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import menu. The archive should be organized by \Network\Year\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2022\07\23).

When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 250MB please upload them to a file hosting site and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
