    Default GG Cashout Hands

    Hi,

I import hands to both HM3 and PT4 and the results in HM3 suggest that cashout hands from GG Poker are not being reported correctly. They seem to import correctly from Party Poker HH's.

I have updated to the newest version of HM3. Please be aware I am a moron and could be missing something obvious but does HM3 support GG cashout hands in the same way it supports Party Poker cashout hands?

    Thanks.
    Reg

Please see the HM3 PokerStars Cashout Support FAQ for more information about how cashout hands are handled in the various areas of HM3 - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...ashout-support

If you continue to believe that the results are incorrect:

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
