Issue with new pc config, error?
Hello Hm Team, im having the following issue, could you help me please?:
When config a new pc and starting to import, I see that the hands are being imported but they look like "error" but when I open the .txt they seem fine, I dont know what to do......
Unfortunately, HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020, so it will likely not work at many of the sites that it used to support. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.
Hi fozzy, mmmm, I guess it could still work because is for PokerStars? And in my primary pc is working perfectly....

It was a playmoney table, could it be that?
Sorry.\ I didn't notice the play money file names in your OP image. HM3 supports play money, but HM2 never supported play money tables. HM2 only worked on real money cash tables, but I have no way to know if HM2 still works on all of their real money tables as HM2 hasn't been updated since January of 2021.
