    Hello,

    For a while now, I've been having an issue with the HUD. I play fast tables on PokerStars (Zoom). I have the HUD set up not to display hero stats. However, when I take a 15-20 minute break and return to the tables, my stats are additionally activated, and other players' stats are swapped, making it impossible for me to continue playing. I have to shut down the software, close all HM3-related programs in the task manager. Of course, this is quite inconvenient as it prevents me from playing deep stacks.

    The problem occurs at various intervals, after 30 minutes, an hour, or later. Sooner or later, the same issue always arises. All stats are activated, and the order is changed. This is not an isolated case; my friend has the exact same problem.

    Do you keep the tables open and remain sat out? Or do you close the Zoom tables and/or client?

    When playing Zoom tables on PokerStars, it is important to start Holdem Manager 3 (HM3) before opening the PokerStars Client. If for any reason you closed PokerStars without closing HM3, please make sure to close both applications and then start HM3 before opening PokerStars again. Also, after installing or updating HM3, you must start it before launching PokerStars. If PokerStars is already open, close it, start the HM3/Import, and then launch PokerStars again to ensure that the Zoom HUD works correctly.

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
    - Launch your poker client(s).
