HUD not displaying correctly on PS Zoom tables

Hello, I've recently gotten my HM3 license.

I set it all up and everything works smoothly on normal tables.

However, when I play Zoom, most of the time the HUD doesn't appear correctly under the correct player's name. I try to change it manually but it keeps changing randomly every hand. I've tried to make changes manually and save the layout but it doesn't solve the issue. The next hand it just switches again.

I've had a couple of instances when it was working properly. Then the next session the problem is back.

What can I do to get ahold of it and fix it for good?

PokerStars Preferred Seating should be set to [x] 'Always Auto-Center Me' and HM3's - Tools - Site Settings... - PokerStars - My Seat should be set to [x] 'Automatically Detect'. 1) Open one Table, and play at least one hand for HM3 to import and update the HUD to show your Hero data*.
2) Manually adjust the positions for each player if necessary and save/lock the layout as instructed in this FAQ - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...e-up-correctly
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If you continue to have problems please reproduce the issue and screenshot the tables/HM3 then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...shooting-guide
