Is there any way to retrieve all of the hands I've added notes to, such as viewing them in a "report"? If so, is there also a way to filter by context such as date?

Unfortunately, this is not possible currently but hese feature requests have been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration.

If you want to be notified if/when they are added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4301 and HMT-5486 Are Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
