Default Bug Invalid date specified in hand history

    Hello,

I sometimes have some problem when importing hands in HM3 from H2N, I got some ereors and the message "Invalid date specified in hand history".

Some hands work but not all.

Could you please let me know what to do ?

    Thank you.

Did you import the original hand history files written by your poker sites, or did you export the H2N database to file and then import those exported hands to HM3? HM3 has issues with their exported hand format so you need to import the original hand history files.

First, find the original hand history files that H2N auto-imported and archived. Once you locate the folder you can import it using the HM3 - File - 'Import Folder...' option. Here is their documentation about that folder location, and our documentation for manually importing folders.

    - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...import-folders

*You can also find all the processed hand histories in the archive folders. By default, the archive folder is C:\MyHandsArchive_H2N, but the path can also be changed in auto-import settings. Hand histories from Chinese apps and other rooms that don't require auto-import settings are stored in C:\Hand2NoteHH.*

If you continue to have problems please try all the steps in this FAQ.

If none of that helps please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

I did import to HM3 after exporting the hh from H2N.

    It's only for GG hands.

Usually I Download my GG hands, I convert them into a format which works for uploading them to H2N and then I export the H2N hands and reupload them to HM3.

However maybe there is a way to convert the GG hands that allow them to be directly uploaded to HM3 ?

I usually have around 20-30% of the GG hh that are uploaded to HM3, the rest can't. I just done it for this month. I had 3K2 hh from GG and only 1,8k could be uploaded to hm3.

You can import the same downloaded GG hands directly to HM3.

GG Poker Network sites do not write hands live while playing because they do not allow a HUD. This is why they are not listed in the HM3 - Tools - 'Site Settings...' menu.

GG Poker skins allow you to download the hands later from the 'PokerCraft' menu in their software then you can manually import those hand history and tournament summary files to HM3 via the HM3 - File - Import Files/Folder options.

    - Hand History Files - https://help.ggpoker.com/article/106...hand-histories
    - Tournament Summaries - https://help.ggpoker.com/article/106...game-summaries

Note: GG Poker writes your hero screen name in the anonymous hand history files as 'Hero' as shown in the first linked image below. If you want to see your anonymous opponent names in the Player Select menu and Reports for review you need to toggle on a setting to see those names as shown in the other 2 linked images.
