The only way to get close to that would be to sort the Opponents List view by VPIP, and then you would have to select individual player names in the Vs Player report to see your performance vs each specific player.

I have never tried doing what you describe, but it might get you close to what you want. I am not aware of any such planned features for HM3 but it might be something possible with our new Leak Explorer app that is in private beta testing - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/leak-explorer
