HUD not working on 888

Hi,

Got my HM2 working and importing hands properly from 888. I can view user stats inside HM2 but no pop-up HUD within the 888 is showing for regular 6-max cash games (i don't play snap).

Any advice on how to diagnose?

Unfortunately, HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020, so it will likely not work at many of the sites that it used to support. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.
