PokerStars / Migration from EU to DE (GER) / HM3 doesn't work

Hello there,

Germany players had to migrate from PokerStars.eu to Pokerstars.de, which I did. I have set up the new PokerStars software as follows:

• playing & global language in english
• save playing history in english
• changed default history folders to the ones from where HM3 currently imports the history
• selected preferred seats & always auto-center me

But HM3 is still not working, what's wrong? I am grateful for any help.

Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then setup PokerStars.EU to save both the hands/results in their Settings - Playing History - Hand History and Tournament Summary menu and setup HM3 to Auto Import from there in the Tools - Site Settings - Auto Import Folders menu.

Make sure you 'Remove' all the unused PokerStars.DE auto-import folders for the site's default hand history path.
