AFAIK, '4Bet Range' is calculated: RFI * 4Bet
40.4% * 8.18% = 3.30472%

Its PFR in in unraised pots, not RFI, so to get the value you look at these two situations:

Take PFR % while applying this filter:

IsHandPlayable=true and FacingUnraisedPotPreflop=true

Take 4Bet % while applying this filter:

IsHandPlayable=true and FacingUnraisedPotPreflop=true and FacingPreflopThreeBet=true and CouldFourBet=true

And then multiply them, and you get (In the attached images example):

41.4*8.11 = 3,36
