HUD Not Working in ACR Tournaments

Hello

I am having issues with my HUD working on ACR during tournaments. I have double-checked, and I am indeed saving HHs and Tournament Summaries to the ACR folder on my hard drive, and HM3 is correctly tied to those HH and Tournament Summaries folders. I'm unsure what I am doing incorrectly to not get the HUD to show during ACR tournaments, but I would appreciate any recommendations. Thank you!

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options and restart the poker client or reinstall the software and choose English.*

- Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
- Restart HM3 and ensure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).
