Replayer not opening Hand history

Hello I play on ok poker a canadian restricted poker site and when I load my hand history into HM3 I cannot play the hands in the replayer. I simply get a box saying "there was a proplem replaying a hand history. Would you like to send an error report?".
Not sure what information I should give out to help identify the issue. Thx in advance for any assistance.

Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and reproduce the issue then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files to a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.
