    Default composite definitions stats not updating in hud

    See title: My HUD contains stats from composite definitions, and they don't update in game while new hands are played. If I open the hm3 replayer just after my session, then the stats values catch up and work correctly.

    This looks kinda similar to a problem I had in the past with stats not updating but working fine in the replayer. (Only back then it was all stats, and now the problem is only with composite definitions)

    Hello,

    If the stats are showing on replayer but not on live play, this most likely comes from HM3/NC blocking the features not allowed in the poker room you are playing on.

    Refer to this page for the limitations in place at pokerstars. http://notecaddy.com/NoteCaddy-Amaya-Restrictions.ashx

    Composite definitions are one of the features that are blocked.

    Make confirmation if the poker rooms you are playing on allow to use all of NC features or if there are any that are blocked. This is done automatically by HM3 when it finds the poker client open.

    No I don't believe it's that, the stats are showing but the values don't update. I'll still get the numbers computed from whatever hands I had on villain before starting the session. (and I don't play on pokerstars)

    Hello,

    Well if it is showing the data for the old hands in the Database when you are on live play, the NC feature is not disabled then.

    This could then be triggered by something else. From the HHs to the definitions you are using.

    In order to investigate further and possibly test if needed we will need some additional information.

    Please open a support ticket using the "Send Feedback" option in HM3. In that ticket please attach:

    - a couple of the definitions that are causing this issue.
    - a batch of hand historys to import and create a DB for testing purposes.
    - let me know what poker rooms you are playing on. I will make confirmation if the TOS didnt change in those poker rooms.
