sb/bb and EV questions

1. sb/bb and EV questions

Hello,i have 2 questions:
1)situation-HU,blinds are 10/20,we are on SB and successfully steal bb.Why trackers(HM2,PT4) show NetWon/ChipsWon(EV in fact)=+20 chips,at the same time calcs(HRC,Simple Nash) show EV=+30 chips,so which EV is correct?
2)how HM2 counts \$EV,does it make this in every single hand(like for ChipEV) or only for hands, where we went all-in before river? Here is screenshot of 1\$ spin with prize pool=3\$(11 hands):
HM2.png
so ChipEV=NetWon+ChEV Diff\$ right?-300+186=-114 final ChEV.
It counts in every single hand and with no allin is equal to Net Won.
Now \$EV=Net Winnings\$+\$EV Diff right?-1\$+0,57\$=-0,43 EV\$,this is correct number. So again,it counts every single hand or only where we went allin? Can you tell pls which is EV\$ in a second hand(i folded on BB,losing 20 chips) and in the last hand(went allin shoving from SB and lost 250 chips).
And finally, does HM2 shows correct \$EV?Because even only in this tournament HM shows EV\$=\$EV Diff=0,57 instead of -0,43\$.

2. Unfortunately, HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020 so it will likely not work at many of the sites that it used to support. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

HM2 and PT4 used different EV/AI/ICM calculations. HM3 and PT4 share the same parsing (import), tournament detection (results, icm, etc), and even some HUD code now that our companies merged.

If you are using the HM3 Trial, or have an HM3 license, and are having the same issues please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ with a link to this thread and your forum name. Ensure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
