Default Holdemmanager 3 could not start due to missing files

Hello, I have trouble installing HM 3 on my new laptop running win 11.

I have tried to go trough all steps of the following tutorial:

    https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...-are-installed

I uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ files and reinstalled the 2 files from the tutorial.

I enabled show hidden folders but I can't find the exact file that I should delete. It is either missing or not showing.

    C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\Kits\

    https://gyazo.com/59700a5d3d9ac75915b9d100730d0c63

How do I proceed further ?

Thanks for the help in advance.

    regards

    https://gyazo.com/59700a5d3d9ac75915b9d100730d0c63

I tried following the troubleshooting guide that is linked:

    https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...-are-installed

I Uninstalled all Microsoft Visual C++ and reinstalled the 2 linked files.

I enabled show hidden folders and searched for:

    C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\Kits\

Either the file/folder is missing or I cant find it.

How do I proceed from here ?

    Thanks in advance

    regards

I think I might have just replied to your post on https://www.pokerstrategy.com/forum/...87#post3364087 perhaps?

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Uninstall HM3 with this file - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...led-or-removed
    - Download and install the latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...on=3.1.27.8738

Note: This uninstall process will not affect your database, HUDS, or other custom user settings.

If you continue to have problems:

Please reproduce and screenshot the error then collect, zip and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, along with the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support
