    Default Replayer ipoker

    Hello,

On the ipoker network only, the hands replayer does'nt work correctly. Only 6 players are displayed instead of 8, the blinds are not put in the right place, impossible to view a hand correctly. This has been going on for more than 2 months, do you have an explanation and a solution?

This is a known issue since they introduced 5 and 8 max games. We are working on an entirely new replayer engine code to address this and other issues. I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as implemented/resolved by our testers and the release is imminent.

Please follow the instructions below to enable our new replayer code we are testing internally to see if that solves the issues. You can also download the instructions from this link.

Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.

    - View your C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0 folder with Windows File Explorer.
    - hiddenfilesf

Please right-click and 'Copy' ONLY these 2 files:
    - HoldemManager.config
    - HoldemManager.config.bak

And paste them to a new folder on your desktop.

    - Open the original C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\HoldemManager.config file in a 3rd party text editor such as https://www.sublimetext.com/ or https://notepad-plus-plus.org/ and below Section Name="Replayer" add:

    <Key Name="UseNewReplayer" Value="True" />
    - It should look like this example.
    - Save the file, close it, and launch HM3.

The fist time you open a hand in the replayer you will notice a 'debug overlay' (that the developers still need to see during beta testing) which you can close with the 'X' in the upper right corner.

If you continue to have problems:

    - Please close HM3 and right-click - Exit the server icon from the System Tray.
    - Please start HM3 from the Start Menu using the 'Holdem Manager 3 with Logging' option - Select [x] 'Replayer' - OK.
    - Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
    - If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.
