GGpoker hands 2hour delay

Hi, I noticed maybe week ago when importing hands from GGpoker PokerCraft to HEM3 database, it seems the hands are +2hours offsync. In PokerCraft they are on time, it seems HEM is changing the time.

And obviously can't find GG from Site settings, that'd be easy if so.

Plz help!

Hi, HEM3 is forcing the hands from GGpoker to +2h ahead of time at the database. It started maybe week ago. Pokercraft is showing the correct time, aswell the GGpoker software.

Please zip and send us some of the originally downloaded hands from before and after the issue started with screenshots of the HM3 reports, PokerCraft, and Windows clock time to help show us the issue (since we live in different time zones) as instructed at the end of this guide.
