Default I can't open Notecaddy: There stands Disable Notecaddy

I just noticed that my Holdem Manager 3 Support & Maintenance is Expired on 08.02.2023.
It could be that since that time Notecaddy is not working any more. All the Notecaddy
stats don't work, also when I want to open Notecaddy to check everything, I can't open it
because under Apps there stands "Disable Notecaddy".

I tried to delete the files CurrentUserToken.txt and holdemmanager.lic from the Config of HM3.
    But still no success.

Can anybody help me to solve this

Default My HM3 Support & Maintenance is expired on 08.02.2021, how can I move on there

I am wondering I just noticed that it is expired. It was not continued automtically.
I am wondering. The status: is still Active, but I don't think so, because there was noe money taken
    on 08.02.2023.

Where can I pay manually, or change the Credit Card?

    thanks Andreas

If you do not see an option to renew your HM3 Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan and the NoteCaddy subscription in the HM3 - Help - My Licenses... menu or our site please login to your account on our site and email your questions to our sales team via the Contact Support page here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19
