There is no way to do it in the HM3 User Interface but you should be able to do it in theory with a bit of copy and paste using a text editor like NotePad++ or Sublime. Your default reports you edited reports, and your saved custom reports, can be found in 'C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Reports\'. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

I would suggest you copy/paste them all to your \Desktop as a backup copy before you attempt to make any edits.

You also need to fully exit the HM3 client AND the HM3 server before you do any edits or copy/paste steps: Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.

Edit: My instructions are for HM3 as HM2 is no longer supported and I didn't realize this was in the HM2 forums.
