HM2 or 3 not opening

Hi guys, you were always able to help me in the past, hope you can now. Here are the steps.

1) Installed HM2 years ago, worked well, then upgraded to HM3.
2) HM3 worked well till it didn’t, then licence ran out. I thought it was a one-time purchase, is it?
3) if its a yearly renewal fee now then pls advise, I may or may not continue.
4) so I resumed using HM2, is HM2 a one time purchase? I believe so but understand there will be little to none support for it?
5) HM2 is now not opening, tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still won’t open.

What kind of help can I get?

I would like to get HM2 back up and running if I can.

HM3 has an annual Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...ntenance-plans

If it expires you can still use HM3 but you have to use the last stable version that was released before the expiration. You can install it from the HM3 - Help - My Licenses... - 'Reinstall Old Version' link.

HM2 was a one time purchase but HM2 support ended on Dec 31, 2020. You will need to upgrade to HM3 for future technical support if you have any import or HUD type issues. You can read more about the HM2 End Of Life here.

Thanks again fozzy, I got HM2 or king again, but can’t seem to find that HM3 link to reinstall older version.

I see my license page, do I have to cancel my mntce support first?

Anyway, I looked at the support page and my account page but couldn’t find that “previous version” link.
