1/2 the mucked cards not showing up betonline

Recently got the trial version of hmm and betonline card catcher. The mucked cards are only showing up for seats 2,3, and 4. I tried 3 different hud profiles and disabled my second monitor. I'm playing PLO. Sunday I built a new computer with Windows 11 and it did this. Yesterday ended up doing a clean install of Windows 10 and have the same problem.
