    Default HM3 is not responding

    Hello

I've been using Holdem manager 3 for a long time without any issue on my new computer running Windows 11. This week, without any specific change I’m aware of the application is no longer loading. when I try to open it, it frozens on the loading screen with the message “initializing hand import service”.

I've Already send multiple error reports, repaired, reinstalled the application and rebooted the computer multiple times without success.
Can you please advise on what could be causing this issue?*Thank*you

If you are using any type of VPN, please disable it.

If you continue to have problems:

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3, and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) installations.
    - Browse to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3' and double-click the HM3Downloader.exe file.

If none of that helps please reproduce and screenshot the error then collect, zip and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, along with the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support
