Bodog is unplayable.

    Default Bodog is unplayable.

    Im moving from hm2 to hm3 and bodog so far its unplayable. When Im waiting to have a hand dealt the hUD appear in randoms positions that I dont have configured, and when I start to get hands it doesnt put in the right positions. I dont know if its for HM3 or for its hand grabber but I need assistence please...

    That is by design because our Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app is writing 'observed' hands while you wait for the Big Blind but your 'Hero' name is not in the hand history files yet so it doesn't know where you are at or where the opponents are in relation to you based on your preferred seating options.

    You need to configure your preferred seating settings in the Ignition client and HM3 to match as instructed here - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...#pref-ignition

    If you have the preferred seating configured properly in HM3 and Ignition, the HUDs should align properly AFTER you have played your first (big blind) hand.

    If you continue to have problems:

    - Please reproduce the problem and screenshot the table/desktop before and after the issues.
    - In the Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) 'Status' window click the ‘Gear’ icon and select ‘Create Support Bundle’ and save the bundle to your desktop or another folder on your PC that you can find easily.
    - Next, please send us your HM3logs via the 'Send Feedback' system in the HM3 left sidebar or under the Help menu of HM3.
    - There is an option in the Send Feedback dialog to attach the support bundle to the logs you send.
    - If you have any issues or errors when trying to 'Send Feedback' you can collect and compress the HM3logs manually, then create a support ticket on our site and send them that way instead.
