    Hello,

Everything else is off, something is still preventing me uninstalling it. What do you recommend i try and do now?

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (right-click - Save All Events As...) and compress*/attach that file to this support ticket.

Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

When sending any files please zip them (select all files with CTRL+A > right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like https://wetransfer.com/ and copy/paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

    - Please uninstall any 3rd party AntiVirus programs using https://www.revouninstaller.com/prod...nstaller-free/ to get rid of the old installation.
    - Scan/delete any leftover registry entries/files it finds.
    - Reboot your computer
    - Please try to uninstall HM3 using https://www.revouninstaller.com/prod...nstaller-free/ to get rid of the old installation.
    - Scan/delete any leftover registry entries/files it finds.
    - Rename your C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\ folder*. You can delete this later if we don't ask you to send it to us or copy/paste the contents back to where they were originally.
    * If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...0-1166d1d9f4b5
    - Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3\ if you see it.
    - Download and install HM3 again from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...on=3.1.24.8447
    - Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, and turn on Windows Defender if it is turned off.

If that doesn't help you can also try to uninstall HM3 with this file - ://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed
