    Default HM3 Replayer seating issues

    The seats are not in the right order in the replayer. HH are from ipoker premium tables
    Example:

    Villain17 is HJ, AKs is supposed to be CO and AJs is BU

    The various seats are out of position in the replayer. HH are from iPoker permium tables (5 handed)
    Example:

    Villain17 is supposed to be MP
    AKs is CO
    AJs is BU

    - Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Please start HM3 from the Start Menu using the 'Holdem Manager 3 with Logging' option - [x] 'Replayer' - OK and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) are fully started.
    - Launch your poker client(s).
    - Please reproduce and screenshot the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.
    - You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 250 MB (including logs).
    - If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually as instructed at the end of this FAQ.

    p.s. Please also zip and attach some of the problem hand history files, and screenshots/details of specific hands with the replayer issues, to the feedback support ticket you send. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have configured it anywhere in the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import menu. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2022\07\23). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

    Default I have exactly the same problem.

    I entered a feedback report as well. Really looking forward to a solution.

    Something i should add:
    - Everything else works fine. Live play + HUD as well.
    - Even the VIEW of a had works fine. Only the replayer scrambles all positions.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-6781 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    This has been happening to me for ages too.

    I am too much of a noob to know how to do the things I was asked when I first reported it.

    I look forward to this being fixed

    We do not need any new logs from customers. The developers and QA team have narrowed down the issue I believe.

    Unfortunately, I can not, as this is a very complex issue for the developers to resolve fully but they are actively working on it.

    It's been quite a while now.
