hole cards not showing in main database

hi,

i play on ignition. when i download my hand histories the next day i import them into a separate database and i can see all of my opponents hole cards, however when i import the same files into my main database i am unable to see hole cards when reviewing HH. I have checked that the option "show hand results" is on. Any suggestions? Would be nice not to have to switch back and forth between databases.

You have to make sure you toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import - [x] 'Allow reimport of hand histories' then import the downloaded files using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options as explained in this section of our Ignition Setup Guide. See the linked images below:
