    - Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link.
    - Restart HM3

Please try all the steps in this FAQ. If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed with a link to this thread and your forum name. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

i just did that now i have like 1% of the hand i had in my database? do i need to repay the software updates sub fee to get them all back?
i could revert but that never settled my rathole problem i had in first place trying to fix. i had the lastest build up til my sub ended, was their a known rathole issue fixed after say aug 23 2021 as far as graph issue and logging of some hands(says 0.00 0.00 0.00 for like net won allin adj allin diff). if so ill resign up no problem, but didnt think their was.

It sounds like your Support & Maintenance (S/M) expired so you have to roll back to the previous stable version from before the expiration date. You can do that from the HM3 - Help - My Licenses... menu.

What version did you revert / roll back to, so I cam give you the proper instructions/links?

    - Here is the previous stable version - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...rsion=3.1.24.0

Note: If you are prompted for a different beta (4 digits at the end of 'Alpha&version' file/link name) or a different stable (single 0 at the end of 'Stable&version' file/link name) simply copy/paste the link to a new browser tab then edit the link to match the error shown before you hit the Enter key.

Please try to do a clean re-install of HM3. This will not affect your database, HUDs, or any other user-specific HM3 settings.

    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Uninstall HM3 and delete the following folder with additional HM3 files - C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\Kits. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...w-hidden-files
    3) Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3\ if it remains after uninstall.
    4) Restart your PC
    5) Download and install the previous max stable version of HM3 that your license allows from the link above in bold, noting you may have to edit/create your own link for your version limit.

If you continue to have problems please try to make sure you have the latest VC++ and CefSharp dependencies as instructed in the following guide - https://kb.holdemmanager.com/knowled...-are-installed

If none of that helps: Please reproduce and screenshot the error then collect, zip and attach your \Desktop\HM3logs files, along with the screenshots and details of what steps preceded the error to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support

    Edit:

This problem might be specific to those hands/site and the older HM3 version you are using because of the expired S/M, but I can't be sure unless I know what version you are using and have the hands for testing with screenshots/details of the errors.
